Sportzaddaprovides live scores, news, statistics, analysis, fantasy insights and related media across a range of sports. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and some data is provided by third parties and offered on an “as available” basis.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

The service is supported by advertising and may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third parties. Sponsored content is labelled in line with our Editorial Policy.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Scores, statistics and other data may contain errors or delays and should not be relied upon for betting or financial decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sportzadda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sportzadda harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru will have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
